 The folding legs allow use with legs extended 12” above the
campfire, or can be used folded in the up position, and set directly
down on rocks, closer to the fire.
- The legs are straight, so that you can easily level the Griddle ‘N
Grill, even on uneven ground, by simply pushing the legs down into the
ground until
the cooking surfaces are level for cooking.
 The Griddle’s surface features a sanitary porcelain enamel
stick-free finish, making open campfire cooking a more enjoyable
experience. Food is less prone to sticking than with conventional grill
surfaces.
- The Grilling side of the Griddle ‘N Grill features raised expanded
metal, making it more secure to hold hotdogs or sausages and keep them
from rolling off into the fire. It also features a porcelain enamel
finish for non-stick cooking.
 The porcelain enamel finish also allows for easier clean up with
mild cleaning solutions and little effort.
- The Griddle ‘N Grill’s finish is also very hard, can be used in
direct flames, and is abrasion resistant.
- The Griddle ‘N Grill has been designed to withstand harsh weather
environments. Tests show porcelain enamel surfaces to still be glossy,
without peeling or delaminating after 15 years of exposure to the
elements, and the hard dense surfaces are an excellent barrier to odor
buildup and bacteria.
- Griddle ‘N Grill is corrosion resistant against smoke and caustic
ash.
- Griddle ‘N Grill has a unique pot hanger system that has adjustable
height arms that are designed to accommodate two Dutch ovens and/or
coffee pots at once. Pots can be either swung in over the fire, or out
and away, just to keep contents warm after cooking.
- The butterfly-style design allows the Griddle ‘N Grill to be folded
up
and stored in a compact 12” x 12” x 2” size.
